Sun tea is a drink found in the South. hodgepodge says it's good for lazy hammock days, but I wouldn't know. I got this recipe from a southern friend. To make sun tea, all you need is a couple of family-sized tea bags, a little water, a glass pitcher and a sunny day. Put the tea bags and water (about a quart or so) in the pitcher and let it sit in the sunlight (porch railings or window sills are standard) for anywhere from one to six hours. Blend with cold water to desired strength. Serve with lemon or sugar or over ice or nothing at all.

Refreshing.
