A name affectionately given to Emory University by its students, owing to the fact that about 40% of Emory's endowment consist of about 40 million shares of stock in Coke. At one point, it was in the top 5 endowments nationally, but since Coke stock has been slipping lately and the Emory Administration doesn't seem to want to listen to professors at the Goizueta School of Business, they aren't diversifying much.
Not that I care if Emory's endowment runs totally dry; my scholarship is about to run out anyway.
Interesting side note: much of this information was taken from an article in the Emory Wheel, written by Assistant News Editor, Jonathan G. Katz. Where have i heard that name before?
