The Mongols are a cultural/ethnic group hailing from the north of China. They are a nomadic, pastoral people who combined their native Shamanism with Buddhism to form Lamaism. They are famous for periodically beating the shit out of Imperial China. Mongols of note include Genghis Khan, an infamous barbarian conqueror who did a remarkable job of the aforementioned China-beating.
