Soy milk
is useful for people who cannot or will not drink regular
milk.
And it's also a really great drink for those of us who like milk and drink it regularly. I recently was introduced to

friend, and have become
addicited. It's chocolatier than regular chocolate milk, and has
protein to boot!!
I'd normally be worried about developing a chocolate milk problem, but soy milk is very
low fat and remarkably
good for me. Yeah!!
