Oriel college is located on Oriel square just off the high street in Oxford, and is one of the colleges of Oxford University.

It was founded in 1324 by Adam deBrome, under the patronage of King Edwards II, making it the eldest college founded by a royal in Oxford, and the 5th oldest college in Oxford overall.

Current provost is Sir Derek Morris and the tutor for Admissions is Dr Andrew Boothroyd.

Dougall Meston is the current president of the JCR, the undergraduate student body.
