Hrm, we always called this "Add-On" by the virtue that it consists of moves added on to one another. If you have ever done this with a group of young highly competitive climbers then it does tend to degenerate into the "burnoff" syndrome that siren described above, where each climber seems to make a move more disgusting than the last. If however you are a more casual (read old from my perspective) climber then it tends to be a bit more useful. I personally find it useless for training power, and not long enough for endurance. Best used as an introductory activity for beginning climbers, or general conditioning.
