In a saucepan, heat about 1cm olive oil, add steaks to pan. Combine Salt, Pepper, and Mustard, cover steaks with this sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste (about 0.5 - 2 teaspoons). Brown the steak in the sauce. When heated thoroughly, increase heat, add Cognac, ignite. When all Cognac has been ignited, remove steak, place on serving platter, spoon remaining sauce over the steak. Serves 2.
