brandy butter (thing)

Ingredients:

• 4oz Unsalted butter
• 2oz icing sugar
• 1tbs brandy

Instructions:

Mix together the butter and sugar until it is all creamy. Then add the brandy and mix until it is a uniform colour and consistency. Put in fridge and serve on Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies and other tasty treats.
