Not the sequel to The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Shock Treatment is a different movie, written and directed by the same people, starring a lot of the same actors in the same roles doing different things in a similar setting. But it's not the sequel.
The (planned) sequel was to be called Revenge of the Old Queen, but was never made.
