Tony DeFries' production company. They bankrolled and co-created "Ziggy Stardust" and "Aladdin Sane", nearly bankrupting David Bowie in the process - this was the first Hard Lesson for the now richer-than-God Bowie. Side projects included the attempted resurrections of The Stooges (the remixed Raw Power) and Lou Reed (turning him into a character out of Andy Warhol's Factory, cruel irony), and the creation of "Johnny Cougar", which took years for John Mellencamp to live down.
