One of many small townships in Metro NJ, Ft Lee is basically geographically contiguous with Leonia, New Jersey (or, at least I have never been able to figure out the difference). Ft. Lee anchors the New Jersey side of the George Washington Bridge, and is a constant snarl of bridge-and-tunnel commuter traffic. It is also the home of the CNBC offices and New York Yankee Dave Justice.
The population seems to be primarily (or at least it seems so to me) Korean which makes for a lot of good Korean food. Rent in Ft Lee is excessively, unbelieveably high (I found it was cheaper for me to live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan than in Ft Lee), this seems to be due to the Jersey thing where rents go up based on commuting distance to NYC.
