A trendy, seemingly new hair treatment. Similar to cosmetic face masks, hair masks are applied to (head) hair to purportedly rejuvenate, strengthen, nourish, add luster, etc. Their only difference from conditioner is that hair masks are supposed to be left in for longer, from 10 minutes to overnight, depending on the specific product. Do they actually do anything different from normal conditioner? I don't know, I just use Suave. My guess is aside from possibly generating greater profits, they don't.
