Chaplin Estates is a
subdivision built between 1920s and 1930s in
Toronto by W.J. Chaplin and his son J.D. on land their family had owned for decades. It is located west of Avenue Road and
Yonge Street, south of Eglinton Ave. W. and north of Chaplin Crescent.
