These eggs are very easy to make and have an interesting lace-like pattern. They're great warm or cold.

What You Will Need
One dozen eggs
Four cups of water
Two-thirds of a cup of shoyu (soy sauce)
One tablespoon of black tea leaves.

What Now?
Put the eggs into a pot with enough water to cover. Hard boil them. Cool them off in cold running water. Lightly roll the eggs on a countertop to crack them slightly. Return the eggs to the pot with water and add the shoyu and tea leaves. Simmer on a low temperature for around half an hour. Peel. Serve. Yay!
