Chinese Broccoli, aka gai lan. It is long and narrow, flowers at the ends but nothing like western broccoli. Kinda looks like a cross between asparagus and broccoli. Choose gai lan that is dark green, free of blemishes and with tightly closed flowers.

It can be prepared the same way as any broccoli, it's good in stir fries and soups, but I'm dubious about gailan and cheese. I like my gailan boiled or stirfried with oyster sauce.
