The true-blue, all-American culture of Christianity. It's even exported to the rest of the world: you can hear a Nigerian or Nicaraguan Assemblies of God preacher spout the jargon of his American counterpart, even with a bit of a Bible Belt accent. The actual Jesus Thing takes a back seat to marketing: things like "saving souls" (quantity trumps quality) and establishing "conservative" (or theocratically-inclined) governments. Zambia's president Chiluba is but one of many trophies.
