"Dibs on Tibs," the chaps would say
Whene'er fair Tib came 'round to play
She'd laugh and say, "Now hush, you boys,
I came to play with all your toys."

And play she would and giggle, too
As she drained them dry and watched them spew
On hands, on arms, upon the ground
On everything, really, that was around

When all were done and tired of fun
The stars were gone, so too the sun
"Goodnight, my toys," fair Tib would say,
Then come 'round 'gain to once more play.

Schoolyard ditty oft heard repeated by teen-aged boys way back when, especially during February and March in leap years, in the rowdy and randy hopes of summoning their own Tib (or Tibb) for some carnal frivolity. Somewhat obsolete these days, variants have existed since the days of Chaucer.
