A common

sf genres.
Typical Applications :
"Static Shock" - The ability to cohese the local static electricity into a bolt capable of damaging or stunning an opponent.
"Manipulate Technology" - The affinity for electricity often gives the bearer of this power the ability to control appliances in simple ways. (On/Off, volume, etc...)
"Electrical Resistance" - In the same way that the bearer can cohese electricity, the bearer dissipates it so as to bear him or her no harm.
