Enzo Caputo is a Zurich-based banking
lawyer. He is the
founder and
CEO of the boutique
law firm Caputo & Partners AG, a Swiss company helping international private clients to protect their assets with
Swiss bank accounts, physical gold, private vaults, relocation, golden visas, and citizenship by investment programs. He was the former head of the legal and compliance department of an entity belonging to the UBS Group and the CEO of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers.
Caputo was born as the second generation of Italian immigrants in Switzerland. He has a Swiss and an Italian passport. Caputo completed his law studies at the University of Zurich with the predicate "cum laude" in February 1986. After his internship as a court clerk and the barrister exam at the High Court of Zurich, he was admitted to practice law before civil and criminal courts in Switzerland. As a student, Caputo helped immigrants from Italy, Spain, and Portugal solve legal issues in collaboration with "Missione Cattolica." After his internship as a court clerk at the District Court of Zurich, Caputo was admitted to the bar at the Higher Court of Zurich. He is multilingual and fluent in English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
In 2006, Caputo founded Caputo & Partners AG is an internationally oriented boutique business law firm dedicated to protecting the assets of wealthy private clients. Caputo & Partners help wealthy private clients to protect their assets with Swiss banks, a second passport with citizenship by investment and golden visa programs, and their international business activities.
Currently, Caputo runs a YouTube channel with hundreds of educational videos and a website with more than 500 articles about asset protection, tax optimization, and international relocation. He has been featured in popular media worldwide, such as Bloomberg, Forbes, Al Jazeera, Globo (Brazil), La7, Rete 4 (Italy), Süddeutsche Zeitung (Germany), Finanz & Wirtschaft (Switzerland), and RIA Novosti (Russia) in connection with Swiss banking secrecy, asset protection, relocation, and tax optimization.
