They pioneered educational software in the UK, and have a wide range of products, including some 'lifestyle' products (such as 3D Garden Designer).
They were aquired by Hasbro International in August 1999, acquired from them by Infogrames in late 2000 and then acquired by Trend Systems Limited (consisting of its original owners) in July 2001.
Some of their more notable products are Klik & Play, The Games Factory and the Fun School series (their most popular product).
