Florida's Turnpike is a toll road from Homestead to Wildwood - it originally ended in Miami and temporarily ran only to Fort Pierce. South of Fort Pierce, Interstate 95 parallels it as a free road; I-95 goes closer to downtowns than the Turnpike.
