Clenching one's
jaw and
grinding the
teeth back and forth across eachother - usually a symptom of strong, negative
emotion, such as
rage or
frustration. This is very bad for you! Not only does it wear down the enamel on your teeth and loosen them - it is also detrimental to the
bone and
muscle structures in your
face!
I would suggest the following alternative activities:
- Utter a devestatingly clever epitaph
- Meditate. Embrace zen calmness.
- Initiate a bitch session with your best buddy
- Solve the problem that inspires this activity
- Node!
- Consume massive quantities of alcohol (employ this alternative with prudence)
