Kalaspuffar is the swedish translation of the breakfast cereal normally (at least in the UK) refered to as "Sugar Puffs". For some strange reason OTA (which was the company that first manufactured Kalaspuffar) decided to translate Sugar to "Kalas", which basically means party but is a bit more formal. Kalaspuffar are nowadays being manufactured by Quaker.

Kalaspuffar contains about the same amount of calories as Corn Flakes, but it has double the amount of fat (2.2 grams compared to 1.1 gram in Corn Flakes). It also contains slightly more sugar.

Contrary to what some people claim, your urine does actually smell like Kalaspuffar for a few hours after you have eaten it.
