Kitchenette

A kitchenette is a miniature kitchen. These are popular in dormitories where space is at a premium. They are often full-featured kitchens, but just have smaller appliances: the sinks hold much less water and the cabinets are smaller.

A room combining a very small kitchen and a pantry, with the kitchen conveniences compactly arranged, sometimes so that they fold up out of sight and allow the kitchen to be made a part of the adjoining room by opening folding doors.
