So the holding company for recently merged British telecoms companies, Orange and T-Mobile, is to be called Everything Everywhere. Chief Executive Tom Alexander is quoted in The Guardian as saying: "What I wanted was a company name that did not distract or confuse from two very strong brands" (stronger than his grasp of English syntax, the shareholders must hope) "I love Everything Everywhere because it really does encapsulate the vision and the ambition for the company."

Does this man (or is it god?) really have plans for world domination? Or does he merely have plans to acquire Everything2? Does he not realise that his words will be taken out of context by mischief makers like myself?
