Moschel was the Latvian god of cows. Butter, milk, and cheese were offered him in order to gain his favor. That is apparently all the information the internet has seen fit to disgorge at this time, although Moschel is also a reasonably common last name, seeing as how much more often that pops up in search results than information that's actually relevant. Thus, given the pitifully small amount of information on the internet related to this god, I must conclude that Moschel was either a very minor god or that he had something against computers. Perhaps he hasn't heard about Gateway.
