A tradition during Renn Fayre at Reed College in which students strip naked, paint themselves entirely blue, and proceed to run wildly about the campus, hugging everyone they see and attempting to get as much blue paint as possible over all of the walls. So named after the Picts, a pre-celtic tribe which involved blue dye in many of their rituals. An interesting sight, almost as much as the Naked Slip and Slide, another Renn Fayre staple.
