Warhammer 40k or just plain
40k.
Ragnar, like the other members of his chapter is a heavily souped-up human with organ-redundancy and so on. I would put the rules down relating to him, but they have quite recently changed so I don't know them anymore.
He is the youngest of any of the chapter heads, and wields Frostfang and a Master-crafted Bolt Pistol. He wears Power Armour.
