A project to create a commie, free, wireless network in Seattle, Washington, USA. We're not really commie, but we are free from telco control, and have a certain geeky anarchistic aura. We will use 802.11b for most of our links, although we may move on to bigger and better things. The idea is to create an independant network for people to use for pretty much whatever. We'd like to provide access to SeattleWireless.Net from cafés and such. We will not have an official avenue to the Internet; connectivity to that network must be arranged via a kind soul willing to provide a route for you.
