A general category of food that fits under the label of inexpensive, low-quality Tex-Mex munchies, most often served by school cafeterias fast food restraunts such as Taco Bueno, Taco Bell, and a number of other local franchises that have an assembly line of minimum-wage employees assembling mass-produced Southwestern food. Texican is a derogatory carries connotations of foulness that (usually) don't apply to more prominent restraunts that pay even the slightest bit of attention to their end product- usually because you pay after you eat the food.
