Turaga

The Turaga are the priests and legend keepers of the six villages. Each one keeps the legend of their Toa safe from critisizm by the other Turaga. The Turaga, like the Toa were created by Lego for the Bionicle Series Each turaga has an official tool of office and a Noble Mask (A lesser mask compared to the Great Kanohi)

Vakama - Turaga of Ta-Koro, protector of Tahu's legend. He carries the Flame Staff and wears the Kanohi Huna, Noble Mask of Concealment.

Nokama - Turaga of Ga-Koro, protector of Gali's legend. She carries the Fork-Shaped staff and wears the Kanohi Rau, the Noble Mask of Translation.

Onewa - Turaga of Po-Koro, protector of Pohatu's legend. He carries the Stone Hammer and wears the Kanohi Komau, the Noble Mask of Mind Control.

Matau - Turaga of Le-Koro, protector of Lewa's legend. He carries the Kau-Kau staff and wears the Kanohi Mahiki, the Great Mask of Illusion.

Nuju - Turaga of Ko-Koro, protector of Kopaka's legend. He carries the Ice Pick and wears the Kanohi Matatu, the Noble Mask of Telekinesis.

Whenua - Turaga of Onu-Koro, protector of Onua's legends. He carries the Drill of Onua and wears the Kanohi Ruru, the Noble Mask of Nightvision.
