Built by famous French-Canadian, Armand Vaillancourt in the 1970's. It is located at outside, at the San Francisco Hyatt, in Justin Herman Plaza. It is one of the most controversial pieces of outdoor sculputre in San Francisco. Reason being, after it was built, the artist spray painted seperatist slogans on it.
