Bran or Brân: BRAWN

1. The often-used shortened name of Bran the Blessed, also called Bendigedfran or Bendigedfran ap Llyr. Later mutataed into Brons in Le Roman du Graal.

2. The son of Arthur and Guenevere in The Grey King, book four of The Dark is Rising series. He was brought to our time by Merlin so that the Dark couldn't get a hold of him and kill him. He is an albino Welsh boy, and the chosen one who will wield the sword Erias.
