Computational Intelligence is a field of study within computer science. It is concerned with finding elegant, efficient solutions to hard problems

Computational Intelligence borrows techniques, structures and algorithms from artificial intelligence and applies them to present-day, real-world problems. Computational Intelligence doesn't care about passing the Turing test; rather it concentrates on practical applications of various findings from AI and other fields within computer science and math.

Among the classic problems in computational intelligence are clustering of populations of data, content addressable memory, and neural network archetecture.
