A
phenomenon not found everywhere but mostly found in
major cities, like
New York City. This involves parking your car next to a car already
parallel parked on the side of the
street. Normally one does not do this for a long
period of time, and leaves someone in the
car if possible. Obviously this
should (and usually is) only be done on wide streets. I'm pretty sure its legal in
NYC.
