Name given to students during Frosh Week, the first week of the first year of University in Canada. Usually Frosh Week is scheduled a week before the rest of the students on campus move in so they will not be subjected to the military style wake up calls, stupid kids getting drunk for the first time off rum and coke and puking behind some dark building, stripping buck naked in broad daylight to make clothing chains, and mean bitches and bitchesses subjecting the Frosh to various other indignities.

Of course many of these fun fun activities were stopped around 1996 in the name of political correctness (at least at Waterloo) and were replaced with pansy-ass Kumbaya sessions.
