A Finnish slang term for "soft" and "easy" - often happy - trance music, with ridiculously long build-up sequences consisting mainly of a snare sample speeding up until the inevitable climax.

The original term is kikkelitrance, which comes from a (non-offensive) synonym for penis in the finnish language.
This term was born from pimppihouse, which was invented to describe a similar style of house music.

The style is also sometimes referred to as "nipsutrance", because many (not all) people who enjoy this type of music are often rolling on Ecstacy/MDMA.

Some good examples of kiksutrance:
Veracocha - Carte Blanche
Lovechild - Liberta
The Thrillseekers - Synaesthesia
Paul van Dyk - (just about every track by him)
Binary Finary - (the track which is re-released every damn year :))

For the record, I myself am not fan of this genre. You've heard one such track - you've heard them all.
