two meanings,
depending on the
presence of the
second noun. Essentially, to be "on par" is "to be on the same level as", or "to be
equal to".
For instance I believe that
action fuelled by ignorance is
on par with
hate crimes in terms of evil."
When the second noun is not there, it means to be at
par - which (as described by the
par node) is a
nominal value.
