Frozen drink created by the Holiday Isle Tiki Bar, Islamorada, Florida Keys. Last time I checked, it's being served pre-made, not unlike a slurpee, but back in the day they were made to order by the bartenders.

There are a number of recipes out there claiming to be authoritative. I have no idea if this one is or isn't, but it works for me.

  • 7/8 oz Blackberry Brandy
  • 7/8 oz Banana liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Black Rum
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 (overproof rum)
  • 5/8 oz Grenadine
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
Add ice, smash it up in a blender, serve in a 12 oz glass, and pretend your charter just came in with a huge haul of dolphin and kingfish. Enjoy.
