It has been rumored that swick includes the word 'slick', but this is entirely false. Swick means only sweet and sick.
Please note, however, that swick cannot be used to describe something sickly sweet. Swick uses the word sick in its contemporary definition, not its literal meaning. The same goes for sweet.
