The New York City Subway Lines Project:
W Train (Broadway Express)
The W Train runs from Ditmars Boulevard in Queens to (at least) Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn. It runs along Broadway in Manhattan as part of the Yellow Line during the 2001-2004 Manhattan Bridge Reconstruction. It runs rush hour one-directional express trains in Queens (downtown in the mornings, uptown in the evenings), express through Manhattan, and local in Brooklyn. On weekends it acts as a shuttle between Stillwell Avenue and Pacific Street only.
Although techincally a yellow line train, it replaces the orange B Train in Brooklyn.
