According to the
New York Times, one of the favourite
take-out foods in
Hawaii. It consists of a slice of
Spam gently nestled atop a rectangle of
sushi rice, wrapped with a thin sliver of
nori.
Apparently Hawaii is one of the largest consumers of Spam in the world.
I wonder if the gel holding the pink pig particles together dissolves when dipped into shoyu and wasabi?
