But if I don't
explain the complications of the problem
then it won't still be
misunderstood.
Or, the more verbose the more likely it's a lie, the person is thinking?
No just keep it short.
Time is valued by most and brevity shows respect.
I've got years of rambling though and if I ramble long enough
it might come out just right- like the million monkeys theory,
and my response is in iambic pentameter and everything
and the question asker is like "wow I get it."
Yeah.
But my clocks are all off these days
and sections of my brain now occupy different time zones,
making this "getting it" thing less gettable.
When I unleash my desperation my resting snob-face disappears,
so that's a plus.
Replaced these days by the chewed up lips
of a lonely clock-watcher waiting for the time
to get it all figured out
and YES and HEART and CONNECT and HEALED.
I attempted to paint a clock and it looks
more like a dream-catcher.
I hope it works for someone one day
in a timely and respectful manner.
I (awkwardly) painted a human clock because
I definitely can't paint the clock of the universe.
It's light years gargantuan and impossible to see all of.
Human clocks are nothing to the clock of the universe.
The universe wins the clock-pissing contest
every time.
