Repulsive shell-less mollusk that travels around (in a fashion known as 'gliding') on a cushion of its own mucous. Assault these critters at any given opportunity, or they will chow down on your garden.
drinkypoo says: Not worth a separate WU, so please note that you can kill slugs in your garden by putting out saucers of beer for them. (It's not just for little people any more?) Slugs and snails both love beer, and it kills 'em dead.
