The NIST's Hawaii-based version of WWV. WWVH broadcasts exactly the same information as WWV; "time announcements, standard time intervals, standard frequencies, UT1 time corrections, a BCD time code, geophysical alerts, marine storm warnings, and Global Positioning System (GPS) status reports", according to NIST's website.

WWVH transmits at 10,000 Watts on 5, 10, and 15 MHz, and at 5000 Watts on 2.5 MHz. It does not broadcast on 20MHz, unlike WWV.

Any ham operators, or other gearheads, in Hawaii might want to visit Kekaha at Kokole Point on the Island of Kauai. That's where all the transmitting towers (one for each frequency) are. Bask in the HF radiation. For those of you with GPS locators, the NIST is kind enough to give you the exact coordinates of said antennae. Check their site (http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/stations/wwv.html).
