I've used their rapidograph technical pens for years. They last for quite a while, if you take care to maintain the pens after use. I don't particularly like the ink they recommend for the pens - I prefer Staedler technical ink.

Koh-i-Noor also includes the Rotring brand. I've been partial to their electric eraser (yes, there is such a thing) and their technical mechanical pencils. The prices for Koh-i-Noor products are a bit inflated, so I've made it a point to pick up their products when traveling overseas, particularly in Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong.

If you need the art tools, but you're stuck with an art student's budget, Koh-i-Noor is a reasonable compromise.
