Simpsons episode "
King Size Homer", in which Homer gains weight in order to qualify for
disability.
In advising Homer on how to gain weight, Dr. Nick Riviera suggests consuming lots of fattening foods and sitting around doing nothing. He refers to the second part of this "therapy" as assal horizontalogy, as part of a running gag consisting of having Dr. Nick make up scientific-sounding synonyms like "bonus eruptus" for everyday terms.
