1:
Peel and
wash the potatoes
2: Cut them into pieces of roughly 1.5-2
inch radius

Boil them for 15 minutes (not in water, but above boiling water, so it's more like
steaming them, really)

Melt some
butter.
5: Place potatoes on an
oven tray, and
pour a little melted butter over each one.

Cook in a reasonably hot oven for about 45
minutes, until they are
goldenbrown and
crispy on the
outside.
