Macrocyclic molecule made from
sugars ('dextrin' as in dextrose). They form a sort of cup shape, with a
cavity large enough to hold small molecules. Of course, since the
ring can be formed from potentially any number of sugar monomers, the cavity size can be arbitrarily large.
