Soulcutter may well be the most feared Sword of the Twelve, and for good reason. When drawn, Soulcutter will impart a deep apathy upon anyone within approximately one hundred meters. This indifference reaches so deep, it will even overcome the fanatical fervor instilled by the Mindsword.
